Punjab Police Bharti /Recruitment 2023-24
On eve of Diwali CM Punjab Respected Bhagwant Maan Ji announced 1450 posts for recruitment in Punjab Police.
The decision was made in cabinet and was disclosed in the conference.
There are total 1450 posts but it was not told in detail about the breakup of posts that how many posts will go into each category like Sub Inspector,ASI and Head Constable .
It may be noted that these are some of the high ranked posts.

INSPECTOR – 50
SUB – INSPECTOR – 150
ASI – 500
HEAD CONSTABLE – 750
The posts we given approval on Diwali Day.
Eligibility
Educational Qualifications
The eligibility of the post would be same as other selections which have been done earlier .
The usual requiements are Graduation (in any stream ).
Further details can be read upon arrival of detailed advertisement.
Age
Age will be subject to the type of post .
Other Requirements
Other eligibilities involve height,residence and 10th passed with punjabi language.
Date of Exam
Date will be revealed after advertisement is issued.
Expected is around February or March.
