Department of School Education Punjab has opened transfer portal on E-Punjab for 2nd round for employees of teaching department.
In this 2nd round staff who were not able to get transferred in 1st round will be eligible to apply for transfer.
Here are Important things to take note of;
1.Portal is opened for both Teaching and Non- Teaching cadre.
2.Data needs to be again updated by staff members in Transfer Module from Staff login id .
3.It will be made available till 5th june 2023.
4.Previously submitted Transfer Applications will not be considered in Second round.
All employees who want to apply for Transfer in Second round, have to Update and Approve data again in Transfer module.
5. DDO’s ,Scool heads, Principals will be able to approve data from 6th -7th june 2023.
6.Take care to approve your filled data and send that to your approving officer i.e. 5th point persons before due date.
Newly appointed teachers from 3704,2392,DPE’S are also given special chances to apply for transfer with special conditions. Read here
