All You Need to Know About the July Exam
The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level teacher eligibility exam conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) twice a year. This exam determines the eligibility of aspiring teachers to teach at government schools from Class 1 to Class 8.

Exam Pattern
The CTET exam consists of two papers:
- Paper 1: This paper is designed for candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to 5. It covers topics like Child Development and Pedagogy, Language 1 (Hindi/English), Language 2 (chosen from a list of languages), Mathematics, and Environmental Studies.
- Paper 2: This paper is meant for candidates interested in teaching classes 6 to 8. It is further divided into five sections based on the chosen subjects. Candidates can choose any two subjects from the following list:

- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the CTET exam.

- SC/ST/PWD (Single Paper): ₹550
- SC/ST/PWD (Both Papers): ₹600
